Refund policy

We hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. You can choose a refund, or an exchange for another size, colour or item.

How to return

Email us at info@cestinterdit.com with your order number. For an exchange, tell us which size, colour or item you would like instead. We will send you the return information and a return label.
Print the label at home. We do not put return labels in the original parcel: it is a small step that reduces our environmental impact.
Pack the items in a waterproof bag or a box closed with tape, so they reach us undamaged. Always include your invoice or order number, so we can link the return to your order.
Drop the parcel at a bpost post office or bpost parcel point.
Keep your proof of dispatch. If the parcel gets lost, it shows that you sent it.

Free returns

Returns are free from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg: we send you a bpost return label.

From any other country, you can return your items at your own cost to: c'est interdit, Nijverheidskaai 2, 9040 Gent, Belgium. We recommend a tracked shipment, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Conditions

To be refunded in full, a returned item must be:

in perfect, new condition: not worn, not washed, no stains;
in its original packaging, with the c'est interdit label still attached;
complete, including anything that came with it, such as a belt;
returned from the country the order was delivered to. For example, an order delivered to France must be returned from France. Otherwise, the import and shipping costs are at your expense.

If an item comes back worn, washed, damaged or without its label, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value this has caused.

Refunds

Once your return has reached us and meets the conditions above, we refund it in full within 14 days, in the same currency and to the same account and payment method you used for the original purchase. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back.

If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid for it. The extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose yourself is not refunded.

Your legal right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To use it, let us know before those 14 days are over, by email to info@cestinterdit.com or with the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service. You then have another 14 days from that message to send the items back.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, email us at info@cestinterdit.com within two months of noticing it, with a photo if you can. We will cover the return cost and repair, replace or refund the item. This is in addition to your two-year legal guarantee.
