Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of €150 or more (order value, excluding shipping) to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg.

For all other orders, the shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship with bpost.

Outside the EU, customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may apply. They are the customer's responsibility: we do not collect them, and they are not included in the order total.

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Russia or Belarus.

Delivery times

Belgium: 1–2 working days
Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: 1–4 working days
Rest of the EU: 2–4 working days
Rest of Europe (outside the EU): 2–5 working days
Outside Europe: 5–10 working days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. These times are estimates. If your order cannot be delivered within 30 days of purchase, we will let you know, and you can cancel it for a full refund.

Pickup

You can also pick up your order for free. Choose pickup at checkout:

Your order is usually ready within 2–4 days. We will email you when it is ready; bring your confirmation email.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to follow your parcel. If a delivery is delayed, or an item turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.
